National School Sports week at Middlecott School

National School Sports week was a huge success at Middlecott School. It started with an afternoon opening ceremony where the whole school dressed in football shirts met in the school hall to support the England football teams’ last group match in the world cup. The school choir performed the National Anthem and National school Sports week was launched. Pupils were invited to make a pledge and encouraged to make the most out of the opportunities presented to them over the next week.

Lets Get cooking Club

Part of our extended schools programme held their end of term session with a BBQ for their friends and family. Students and their parents made a wide range of delicious dishes from tomato salad to Turkish kofta kebabs!

This highly successful and fun club will start up again in September 2010, and if you would like to put your name down contact Mrs Walsh.
